Trip Packages


What type of trips can I use these packages for?

You can use these packages for trips to medical and dentist offices, the grocery store, to visit friends and family and even to entertainment venues, run errands and leisure activities. 

How soon do I need to book trips using this package? Do the trip packages expire?

The packages are good for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. After that time, trips expire and any remaining trips cannot be used. We do not refund money for unused trips.

Does the driver wait for the passenger during/between appointments?

No. Typically the driver is unable to wait due to other scheduled trips on the roster. However you can pay for additional wait time to have your driver wait for you. Wait times typically don’t exceed 1 hour, but exceptions can be made in some cases.

Why are the trip packages based on miles?

Trip packages are based on the type of transportation needed and the miles between the originating destination and the final destination.

What if I buy a trip package for trips that are within 5 miles from my originating location and want to extend that radius for a future trip? What do I do?

You can contact us to extend the trip mileage (based on the information given for your destination) and pay the difference. 

Do you have trip packages that allow for trips beyond 10 miles?

No, we do not. Any trip that has a final destination that is 10 miles outside of your origination location will have to be charged separately. You can contact us to book that trip or use our book-a-ride feature.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We only accept major credit and debit cards. We use PayPal to facilitate this process.
